Delivery Information
All our bouquets are individual as they are all made by hand to order. Nothing is pre-made or packed prior to you placing an order. All our bouquets are presented in a large gift box and travel in a supply of fresh water to ensure their quality and perfection on arrival to your recipient.
We do not pass any orders on to other florists to ensure the quality of all our bouquets.
In the event of abnormal supply difficulties or consignments of flowers being rejected due to not meeting our quality control standards, we reserve the right to substitute goods and packaging of equal value. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will deliver anywhere in the Mainland UK and most areas will normally receive their flowers by midday on the delivery date.We cannot guarantee this time, but this is what we aim to achieve.All deliveries will be made by 17.00hrs on the requested day.We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Orkney Islands and the Outer Hebrides. We cannot deliver Worldwide as we will only ship our own flowers.
SATURDAY deliveries are a before Midday service.
For next day delivery, orders must be placed before 2.00pm (1400hr) on the previous weekday. Deliveries for Monday must be placed by 2.00pm (1400hrs) on the previous Friday. Deliveries will not be made on a Sunday, Bank holiday or the day after a Bank holiday.
ORDERS MAY BE CANCELLED OR CHANGED UP TO 16.00HRS ON THE PREVIOUS WEEKDAY. ie a Tuesday delivery may be cancelled up to 14.00 hrs on the Monday.
At peak periods please place your order as early as you can before the requested delivery date.
Certain areas with a postcode commencing KW,IV,HS,ZE,AB, and parts of PH may take two days for delivery.Please allow extra time when you order.
Orders may be collected from our UK central depot in which case the delivery charge will be refunded. Please e-mail for further info.
Complaints Procedure
All complaints should be made to Usend Flowers via our e-mail at info@usendflowers.co.uk.
We will acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and investigate the complaint immediatlely. We will keep you fully informed during the investigation and endeavour to resolve all disputes within a few days. If necessay a full refund or exchange will be offered.
